All sales are final. I typically do not accept exchanges or returns. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size, based on the size charts provided in each listing. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me directly within 30 days of purchase and I will do my best to come up with a solution that works for everyone.

Regarding custom work: I ask for payment in full before ordering blanks or beginning any work on custom pieces.
